My practice focuses primarily on eviction proceedings and comprehensive landlord representation, where I have managed a high volume of Cook County matters from initial notice through judgment and enforcement, including navigating the Early Resolution Program, contested RLTO defenses, and post-possession settlement structures. Additionally I routinely handle motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation, including preparing dispositive motions in pending civil litigation, conducting depositions of key witnesses, and organizing trial-ready exhibit packets and witness examinations for bench trials. I also represent clients in broader civil and commercial litigation matters, including tort disputes and small claims actions, where I develop case strategy, manage discovery, and advocate in court.My experience also extends to niche but complex proceedings such as foreclosure surplus fund petitions in Chancery Division, where I have successfully assembled evidentiary records and navigated court-specific requirements to position matters for turnover.
